Kudditji Kngwarreye was born around 1928 and is considered a senior man from the Eastern Anmatyerre country of Alhalkere around Utopia. Kudditji is the younger brother of famous Aboriginal artist Emily Kame Kngwarreye. He has painted for over twenty five years, and his paintings mainly incorporate the Emu dreaming story and represent his traditional country around Boundary Bore.

He has become known for his graphic colourful paintings with geometric elements, in contrast to his famous sister's work. He uses colours that reflect the desert and the heat.
