Wagilag Sisters Story 1937-1997 exhibition at the National Gallery of Australia in Canberra show cased paintings by Paddy Dhathungu, Dawidi and Philip Gudthaykudthay in one room. This piece by Philip Gudthaykudthay shows the triangular shapes where the ancestral witiji (olive python) hits the ground after swallowing the Wagilag sisters and their child. He is the most senior artist from Ramingining and the last active artist from the Milingimbi school of painters.
